A MESSAGE FROM CTRL COLLECTIVE PASADENA
Know that brick landmark at S. Arroyo Parkway & Green St, by the Big Bang Theory alley and across from Dog Haus? It’s no longer a Bally’s gym. It’s CTRL Collective; ⭐4.9-rated work hub for freelancers, founders, and small teams who’ve outgrown the kitchen table.
Why now?
CTRL just unlocked promo pricing on seven private offices—and they will sell out.
$1,097/mo (3-month min) or $1,197/mo (month-to-month)
2 seats included · add teammates (up to 4 total) anytime for +$100/mo each—no extra paperwork
24/7 building access, hard-wired gig fiber, meeting-room credits, prints, coffee—all included
Dog-friendly, on-site parking, no setup fees, no corporate beige
Everything else—dedicated desks, podcast studio, phone booths, and a full kitchen—is still here. These seven offices are part of the promo inventory, so once they’re gone, the rate jumps back up!
Take a tour—don’t guess.
👇Tap below, grab any open slot (same-day works if you’re quick), see what’s available, and lock in your start date within minutes.
Prefer texting? Message Tim at (213) 316-8835 with “OFFICE?” and he’ll send you a calendar booking link.
P.S. Tours are complimentary and include locally roasted coffee ☕. Worst case, you get caffeine and a new desk photo for Instagram.

THE DIGEST
The 61st Pasadena Showcase House of Design
If you’ve never been, the Pasadena Showcase House of Design is one of the country’s longest-running home and garden tours — a month-long event where a historic estate is completely transformed by top interior and landscape designers, then opened to the public as a walk-through experience.
The 61st annual Showcase runs April 19 through May 17, 2026, and this year’s home is one that’s never been toured before.
The 2026 property is The Baldwin Oaks Estate in Arcadia, a 1907 shingle-style residence once owned by Clara Baldwin Stocker, daughter of Arcadia pioneer Elias “Lucky” Baldwin. The 8,000+ square-foot home sits on nearly two acres and features classic American Arts and Crafts details — exterior shingles, multiple gables, a sweeping wraparound porch, and a dramatic oak staircase inside.
More than 30 interior and landscape designers will reimagine over 30 spaces throughout the estate. Beyond the design tour, guests can browse the Shops at Showcase, dine at the on-site restaurant, visit the tavern, and attend special events planned during the run.
There are also ticketed special experiences — including historian-led tours (“If Walls Could Talk”), a floral workshop, yoga on the lawn, speakeasy nights, evening tasting/workshop events, and many more!
The Showcase serves as the annual fundraiser for Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts, which has contributed more than $27 million to local music and arts programs since 1948.
Timed entry tickets are now on sale.
