It’s here! Don’t miss the Pasadena Armenian Festival, a lively three-day celebration of Armenian culture filled with music, dance, delicious food, and community spirit. From traditional performances to mouth-watering cuisine and artisan crafts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Bring your family and friends to experience the warmth and vibrancy of Armenian heritage right here in Pasadena! This Saturday at Victory Park from 10 AM to 5PM.
Pasadena has launched the “Shop Local Pasadena” campaign, inviting residents and visitors to support local businesses and discover the city’s unique shops and eateries. Kicking off on Small Business Saturday, November 30, the campaign will feature special offers, including free limited-edition tote bags at 26 independent businesses and free Pasadena Transit rides on November 29 and 30. Follow @CityOfPasadena for campaign highlights and join in supporting Pasadena’s vibrant, diverse business community this holiday season.

Caltech Tai Chi Club: Join the Caltech Tai Chi Club every Friday at 8:00 PM for free, beginner-friendly sessions in Hao-style tai chi chuan, Yang-style tai chi, kung fu, and other traditional forms, taught by advanced students in a relaxed and supportive setting. All levels are welcome!
La Cage aux Folles: The Pasadena Playhouse newest musical. Beautiful. Bawdy. Bizarre. The hottest drag club in town and one of theater’s all-time biggest hits. 8 PM.
Uncensored Comedy with Chaunte Wayans: The Ice House Comedy Club presents Uncensored Comedy with Chaunte Wayans. Live in the Legendary Room. Ice House doors open at 6:30pm. Seating in showroom begins 30 minutes prior to showtime. Show starts at 9:45 PM. Lineups are subject to change.

🏈PCC Centennial Tailgate: Pasadena City College will celebrate its 100th anniversary with its first annual tailgate on Nov. 16, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM at the ‘Lancer’s Pass’ Cafeteria. The event, featuring games, food, music, and prizes, leads up to the PCC Lancers’ football game against LA Valley at 6 PM.

Caltech Orchestra’s “Friends Across Borders” Concert: The Caltech Orchestra, under the direction of Dr. Glenn D. Price, presents its fall concert, "Friends Across Borders – Canada, USA, and Mexico," celebrating North American connections with a vibrant program featuring works by Estacio, Revueltas, Márquez, and Barber. Don’t miss this musical journey across borders! Sunday, November 17, 2024, 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM, Ramo Auditorium.
Grasping at the Roots Documentary Screening: Join the Armory for a special screening of Grasping at the Roots, a powerful documentary from the Climate Justice Alliance Black Caucus that delves into the resilience and victories of climate justice efforts across U.S. cities. Following the screening, co-directors Keenan Rhodes and Leah Derray will lead a panel discussion. This free event is part of the Armory’s exhibition From the Ground Up: Nurturing Diversity in Hostile Environments, featured in PST ART: Art & Science Collide by Getty. RSVP encouraged. 🎉DooDah Parade: An annual, whimsical event celebrating creativity and humor with quirky floats, costumes, and lively participants. Established in the late 1970s, it serves as an unconventional alternative to the traditional Rose Parade, attracting large crowds each year. Nov. 24 at 11 AM.
🦃Rose Bowl Turkey Trot: The sixth annual Rose Bowl Turkey Trot continues to raise the bar by providing guests with family fun and outdoor activity on Thanksgiving Day. Runners, walkers, skippers, and jumpers alike can participate this year by running around the 5K recreational loop at America’s Stadium. Known for being a Pasadena family favorite and a Thanksgiving morning tradition, you won’t want to miss it! Thursday, Nov 28th at 8:30 AM.
