THE DIGEST

Grants Dish Out a Boost to 57 Local Spots

A tasty win for our local food scene: 57 restaurants across Pasadena and Altadena just scored $10,000 each thanks to the California Restaurant Foundation’s LA Fire Recovery Grant program. That’s over half a million bucks in direct relief to help neighborhood favorites bounce back from this year’s wildfires. From coffee shops to ramen joints, this funding is helping beloved small businesses stay open, stay strong, and keep feeding the community. Now that’s money well spent (and well seasoned).
